Whether it's a drop-off, full catered meal at your office or home, or private chef services for a dinner party, Tracy will create outstanding and delicious meals for you and your friends and family that are customized to meet everyone’s palate and dietary needs. Everything is included to make the meal special.

Tracy Miller of Colorful Cooking is a Private Chef and Cooking Instructor, offering healthy, catered meals and private chef services. Office or private breakfast and lunches include healthy food, delivery, set up and break down from East Vail to Dotsero. She specializes in parties from 10-60 for breakfast and lunch. Tracy’s attitude and knowledge of healthy foods makes her private dinner chefing unique. Should the occasion be in Summit County or Glenwood Springs/Roaring Fork Valley, Tracy would be happy to travel with the appropriate arrangements made. 

Tracy teaches culinary classes with a focus on how to incorporate more vegetables and fruits into your life with easy instruction, simple tips and hands-on participation. Tracy hosts private in-home cooking classes and teaches at Colorado Mountain College. She has been an instructor for seven years and was the “In house Chef” at TV8 Vail for five years, hosting cooking segments and restaurant and culinary shows.
